1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Smart Money Rx, operated by CORDOC LLC ("Smart Money Rx," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (www.smartmoneyrx.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Smart Money Rx provides an AI Financial Curbside—guidance and educational tools specifically designed for physicians and healthcare professionals. Our services include:

• Personalized financial analysis and recommendations
• Contract negotiation guidance
• Student loan optimization strategies
• Insurance adequacy analysis
• Tax optimization guidance
• Investment allocation recommendations
• Retirement planning tools
• Real estate and mortgage analysis
• Interactive financial calculators

3. Subscription and Pricing

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: $97 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $997 per year, billed annually (saves $167/year)

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the same day each billing period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• All fees are in U.S. dollars and non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@smartmoneyrx.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. We will notify you before your trial ends. You may cancel during the trial period without charge.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or data mine our platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Smart Money Rx, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, calculators, AI models, and software, are owned by CORDOC LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and information you upload to Smart Money Rx. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your information solely to provide our services to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Financial Advice Relationship

Smart Money Rx does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship. Our AI Financial Curbside provides educational and informational guidance only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, returns on investment, or savings. Past performance and hypothetical scenarios do not guarantee future results. Financial markets and personal circumstances are unpredictable.

AI Limitations

While our AI is sophisticated, it may occasionally produce errors, incomplete analysis, or outdated information. Always verify important information with professional advisors and do not rely solely on our AI for critical financial decisions.

Service "As Is"

Smart Money Rx is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORDOC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of Smart Money Rx, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of Smart Money Rx shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CORDOC LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Smart Money Rx
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your financial decisions based on our guidance

8. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Smart Money Rx, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Smart Money Rx at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use Smart Money Rx immediately ceases
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination
• We will retain or delete your data according to our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Smart Money Rx shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in Raleigh, North Carolina. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CORDOC LLC regarding Smart Money Rx.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
